Safety System Auditing and Evalualtion

-We use proven methodological techniques to assess the effectiveness of the Company current Safety System, based on the DUPONT system, which is recognized by being one of the best safety systems in the World. The end result is an Overall Score that tells whether the system is working or needs enhancement.

Baseline Studies Definition and Supervision

-Based on the best defined Permit Process Strategy developed, our experts can define what Baselines Studies are required and at which time and frequency they need to be conducted, in order to properly support the preparation of the Permitting documents (DIA or EIA).

Safety System Enhancement

-Based on the Auditing and Evaluation, invariably there are areas of the current Safety System that are identified, and which need improvement. This exercise develops a Master Action Plan to achieve this Goal.

DIA/EIA Engineering Preparation Support

-We can provide all the Engineering Support for the preparation of the Permitting Documentation, either being a EIA (more comprehensive report) of a DIA (simpler report).

Permit Process Strategy Development

-Our experts can conduct an Holistic Analysis of the Project and define which would be the Optimum Permit Process Strategy to assure Permits Reports (EIA or DIA) are prepared at the minimum standards to fulfill the current environmental standards, aiming at receiving approvals from the Environmental Agencies with the minimum time possible. Importantly, this is also the time when our Experts can recommend whether a Project would need a DIA (shorter time) or an EIA (longer time) for Project Approvals.
